Buildings being struck by vehicles is not an uncommon occurrence. It's estimated that more than 100 vehicles collide with buildings each day, with more than half of those occurring at retail shops, restaurants, or convenience stores.
In this webinar, we will examine the potential risks associated with building collisions and review the appropriate steps to ensure the safety and structural integrity of the building. This includes the importance of conducting a thorough structural assessment: Checking for any visible signs of damage, such as cracks or bulges in the walls or columns, as well as assessing the integrity of the foundation and any structural members that have been impacted. It’s important to note that structural damage may be hidden behind finishes, making it not only prudent but vital to examine the scene thoroughly.
All Attendees Will Receive a Completion Certificate
