Hussein is a Structural Engineering Technologist, a certified member of the OACETT and a BCIN qualified designer in Large, Small Buildings and Building Structural. Hussein is experienced in construction management, structural and architectural design, and Building Information Modelling. He specializes in creating structural and architectural drawings using Autodesk REVIT, as well as preparing structural plans and performing calculations for wood, steel, and concrete structures. Hussein has comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and experience applying the requirements of Parts 3, 4 and 9 to new and existing buildings.

Hasan specializes in preparing Structural Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Site Plans, Structural Calculations for Part 9 Buildings and Commercial Units. Hasan also has comprehensive knowledge in applying the Ontario Building Code, whether Part 3, Part 4 or Part 9, to Residential and Commercial Buildings. Hasan is well versed in the Zoning Bylaws and the Building Permit Processes in most of the municipalities in Ontario. Utilizing this knowledge, Hasan is an expert at securing Building Permits under his seal as Registered Building Code (BCIN) Designer. Throughout this process, Hasan has conducted numerous Building Inspections and managed numerous projects from start to end. Hasan is also an associate member of the Ontario Association of Civil Engineering Technicians and Technologists.

Benjamin is an architectural BCIN designer with experience preparing formal engineering plans, drawings and procedural documentation. He has created conceptual drawings and renderings for renovations, additions, new construction projects and the rebuild of damaged buildings. Ben is also a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and a NACHI-Certified Home Inspector. He has extensive knowledge of Ontario Building Codes and has coordinated with contractors, design professionals, district staff and city inspection authorities on various projects.

Nathan is a Forensic Structural Engineer in Training. He is currently working out of the Winnipeg region. He has a Bachelor of Sciene degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Nathan has experience in steel/wood/reinforced concrete structure design.
