Tyler is an architectural technologist and BCIN qualified designer with experience preparing formal engineering plans and permit drawings, as well as conceptual drawings and high-quality renderings. Tyler has a proven track record of managing a wide array of projects, ranging from residential renovations to new commercial constructions. He has extensive knowledge of applicable building codes and zoning laws.
Mesbah is a Civil Engineering Professional with nearly 10 years of demonstrated proficiency in the field of Structural Engineering. He specializes in structural analysis and design. His experience includes the design of low- and mid-rise steel and concrete residential buildings, as well as providing as-built plans for bridges and other infrastructure. He has analyzed and designed concrete and steel structural elements, examined bridges for structural deficiencies, and inspected steel framework, reinforcing steel mesh and rods, and concrete forms to ensure quality standards and to verify conformance to specifications and building codes. Mesbah has further experience developing concrete mix designs and is proficient in concrete technology. In addition, he has sound knowledge of safety standards which he is able translate onto construction sites. Mesbah is in expert in AutoCAD and structural design software such as ETABS and SAP.

Hasan also has comprehensive knowledge in applying the Ontario Building Code, whether Part 3, Part 4 or Part 9, to Residential and Commercial Buildings. Hasan is well versed in the Zoning Bylaws and the Building Permit Processes in most of the municipalities in Ontario. Utilizing this knowledge, Hasan is an expert at securing Building Permits under his seal as Registered Building Code (BCIN) Designer. Throughout this process, Hasan has conducted numerous Building Inspections and managed numerous projects from start to end. Hasan is also an associate member of the Ontario Association of Civil Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
Hussein Robah, BCIN, GSI
Hussein is a Structural Engineering Technologist and BCIN qualified designer with experience in construction, structural and architectural design, and Building Information Modelling. He specializes in creating architectural drawings using Autodesk REVIT, as well as preparing structural plans and performing calculations for wood, steel, and concrete structures. Hussein has comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and experience applying the requirements of Parts 3, 4 and 9 to new and existing buildings. Hussein is an associate member of the Ontario Association of Civil Engineering Technicians and Technologists and is working towards a C.E.T. designation.
Hussein is a structural designer and forensic investigator. He is a registered building code designer in Building Structural, Large and Small Buildings with the MMAH and a certified engineering technician with the OACETT. Hussein holds a bachelor’s degree from McMaster University, and he is currently a Master of Engineering candidate at the University of Toronto in Structural & Forensic Engineering. Hussein currently specializes in structural and building envelope investigations, and the design of structural repairs.

Benjamin is an architectural BCIN designer with experience preparing formal engineering plans, drawings and procedural documentation. He has created conceptual drawings and renderings for renovations, additions, new construction projects and the rebuild of damaged buildings. Ben is also a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and a NACHI-Certified Home Inspector. He has extensive knowledge of Ontario Building Codes and has coordinated with contractors, design professionals, district staff and city inspection authorities on various projects.
Nabi specializes in the forensic structural investigation of buildings and the design of retrofitting schemes for damaged or under-designed structures. In the course of his career, Nabi has conducted structural assessments of existing steel, concrete, masonry and wood buildings under gravity loading, vibration and seismic forces. He has also designed steel and concrete structures, including high-rise residential and office towers, commercial retail units, and long-span steel trusses. Nabi holds a MSc. in Earthquake Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Kevin is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Fuels Specialist. He has over 18 years of experience in the fuels industry and over 25 years of skilled trades experience as a Licensed, Red Seal Industrial Electrician. Prior to OCI Group, Kevin spent 10 years as Fuels Inspector/Regional Supervisor with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) which is the Provincial fuels Regulator in Ontario. As such, Kevin has in-depth knowledge of fuels related technical codes and regulations. His investigative experience includes industrial, commercial, residential, and agricultural fires. Kevin also has experience with incendiary fires suspected to have a fuel involvement, natural gas pipeline fires, fuel spills and gaseous fuel explosions. Kevin is also a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator. Kevin has given evidence in Provincial Court.
Adam specializes in structural forensic investigation and holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Alberta. He is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, BC, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, PEI, and Nova Scotia. To date, Adam has investigated over 800 structural losses and has been qualified as an expert in structural engineering three times in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Adam’s background includes work as a structural engineer providing service for new building construction, personal fall arrest systems, roll-over protection systems, structural assessments, repairs, and failure investigations. He also has experience teaching engineering labs and conducting research on building envelopes, structural health monitoring, and masonry walls at the University of Alberta.
